Swinging Into Motherhood With mamaRoo Baby Seat
Anyone who is a second time mom knows just HOW much you learn in that first go-at-it. It never ceases to amaze me that we are thrown into this world of motherhood with no formal training except the intuition we naturally have as women. We are incredible, aren’t we!? If you are a first time mom, trust me, it seems impossible at times and you will often wonder how you will ever be able to juggle another child, but to you I just have to say, it gets easier & you will learn so much that will help you along the way. Us mothers are ever-changing, always growing, and I swear we get stronger by the day! One of the things that I wish I would have learned earlier with Ryland is that there ARE ways to get things done… even when I felt like I had exhausted every option. This time around, my mindset is a little bit different, and that’s exactly why I’m introducing you to the mamaRoo Baby Seat!
From the moment I heard of the mamaRoo baby seat, I have dreamt of having it in my home. The chic and modern look of it and the various options have had me eyeballing it for a while & I am so glad that we can now use and appreciate it in all it’s wonder. Setting it up was an absolute breeze. I kept calling it the baby space pod, because it’s just way too cool and totally reminded me of something of that nature. With Landon, he LOVES to be held. Most of my time getting him to fall asleep is walking him around in a baby sling so he can get that feeling of being rocked to sleep but now with the mamaRoo baby seat, I can lay him safely in the swing and it does the rest! Instead of traditional swings and seats that have one standard motion, the mamaRoo baby seat has 5 differing options that mimic real life situations, like car rides! How cool!?
The first time around as a new mommy, most of my days were consumed with holding, bouncing, and rocking my baby boy – which don’t get me wrong, I loved – but there are certainly times when laundry is piling up and dishes are needing attention where free hands are necessary. Having the option to put Ryland into something this revolutionary would have been phenomenal, because now I see just how much good it can do!
Landon is getting used to it more and more each time we try it out – and he is loving the sounds that it can play as well! You can even control it all from the 4 Moms app on your smartphone… This is sounding more and more like something you need in your life, isn’t it?
