There is nothing I like more than positivity! I truly think that the act of spreading positivity is one of the most powerful weapons that we have – it’s contagious! 21 Days Makes Positivity A Habit

Day One

Start today with 3 positive self affirmations. Attach the list to your mirror. Read them aloud every day. Add to the list every day.

Day Two

Find positive company. Who are the stars in your circle? Who lifts you up? Stick with the stars and become one.

Day Three

Make a list of things in which you are grateful for. An attitude of gratitude is a sure to brighten your mood!

Day Four

Give yourself and others an “atta girl.” When you give encouraging words, you also receive them.

Day Five

Seek, and you will find. We are responsible for choosing our perception. Look for the good and you are 100% guaranteed to find it.

Day Six

Find what brings you joy and order it up every single day. Unlike fleeting pleasure, joy is consistent. We cultivate it internally.

Day Seven

Stop to smell the roses. Give one away. Be present minded enough to give and receive life’s simple gifts.

Day Eight

Hit “replay” and make it a habit. Positive thinking begets positive action.

Something that is so necessary to a life of positivity is self care. That’s why Pamprin is so encouraged to share this challenge with all of us. Sure, I have awesome people in my life who always uplift me but if I don’t see it, I will never listen to them. Just as Day One of this challenge encourages us to do, I remind myself of the great things I have accomplished and the traits that I do love about myself so that I am always focusing on the good rather than the bad or the insecurities. We all have them, but why focus there?
